Voice Artist

Mark Hamilton’s voice talent has been used by a wide variety of corporate clients for voicing cartoon characters, advertisements, telephone ‘on-hold’ solutions and video narration.  He is also an experienced and popular public speaker and presenter.  Mark was also chosen by public vote to be the voice of NHS Direct.  His style is warm, natural and engaging, with a contemporary edge.

Mark has a repertoire of over 75 celebrity impersonations and outrageous comedy character voices. These voices have featured on advertisements, as well as in downloadable content for several high profile communications companies including Vodafone, 3 and O2.  He also writes comedy scripts for his character voices, as well as for other voice artists.  Agencies who feature Mark as a voice artist include Premier Business Audio, Liquona, Advitel, Adviweb and Voice Search Online.

Mark records most of his voice work at his studio, but also travels to recording sessions at clients’ studios.  Want to hear him in action?  Check out his Showreel via the link above.

Previously, Mark enjoyed a successful career as a professional musician, playing lead guitar for UK rockers Quench (signed to Elevation Records), and as a session player for various artists including Josh Doyle, Elisa and Doug Walker. Mark still enjoys playing guitar and can still be spotted playing live for a number of artists, including well-known 80s 'Hair Metal' tribute band (King Awesome) and self proclaimed 'Dad Rock' band Inner City Sumo.  He also writes and records soundtracks and remixes under the name Number One Superguy.  Check out the Guitar page for details.
